1:1 Coaching
Working directly with you, we’ll uncover what is blocking your forward progress and get you on your way to achieving goals. Whether personal or professional, we’ll schedule three intensive sessions to reduce overwhelm, organize and prioritize your lists and streamline your habits. You will feel more focused, confident and refreshed, letting go of what doesn’t work and embracing your present choices.
From learning how to use Excel or create a presentation to creating a project plan or vacation plans and everything in-between we can work it out.
Projects are entirely up to you and can vary widely. Typically remote, these sessions may be in person if available/applicable.
Care Giver Cohort
In groups of 4-6 individuals, we’ll meet weekly for six weeks with a different topic each week. These topics and sessions are geared to help organize your busy life, reduce noice and clutter in your mind and free up precious time to actually be in the moment with your loved ones.
Whether you are taking care of parents, children, pets or significant others, the pressures continue to mount. It’s my goal to bring community to us all and provide insight, reassurance, tips and goals to ferry you on a a less stressful path.
These sessions are typically remote although can be in person if available/applicable.
Digital Organize
If you are anything like me, you’ve thousands upon thousands of photographs, files, screenshots and videos. In one hour long session, I’ll help you learn how to best organize your digital files in a way that works for you.
Individual or Group Sessions are Available. Remote Sessions Only.
I do provide per diem digital organization services. Please inquire if interested.
Planning
I’ve spent my entire adult life planning. In my career and for my home. Calendars, daily plans, project plans, meal plans - you name it I can plan it. I’ve taught planning and scheduling on both the professional and personal side of life.
In three sessions, I’ll help you create meaningful and easy to use clendars and plans, in any format you choose. We’ll reduce clutter, clear the noise and get you into a system that you will like and you will have a better chance to maintain. We’ll find habits that you can practice to thrive.
